A few things you might be wondering.

How should the logos be arranged for photographs?

The camera framing and typical group size help determine the repeat scale. We’ll prepare the layout so the main marks remain visible behind the people being photographed.

Will you handle venue requirements?

Share the venue guidelines. We’ll identify the submissions and site work within our scope, and what the organiser or you must arrange.

Is this a rental or a purchase?

That is agreed in the quote for each element. We’ll make ownership, rental periods and return responsibilities clear.

What happens after the event?

Dismantling, return transport, storage or disposal must be agreed in advance so the final scope is clear.
